We are a Grasslands Accredited producer.
This means we have to have lifetime traceability of all our animals & ensure we are MSA eligible. To hold this accreditation you must be prove your cattle are free from a diet of grain for the entirety of their life. They must never be contained for intensive feeding purposes & must be 100% hormone & antibiotic FREE.

We hold our MSA producer license
This license ensures all stock are ethically raised, transported with strict adherence to recommended densities within the trucking standards, ensures they processed within 48 hours of arriving at a facitlity & are disease & injury free.

Everytime you place an order you are supporting our family farm directly
We have complete control over our supply chain. Every beast is born on our family farm. They are pasture raised then transported off farm for processing. Once processed they are transported back to the purpose built facilities on farm to be labelled & packaged then shipped to your door. No Big supermarkets!
